Hynotherapy

This technique has been used for centuries to address the mind at a very deep level - the subconscious - which contains a powerful intelligence that is the often untapped source of creativity and imagination. It is widely used in the business world to allow individuals and teams perform at the highest levels.

During the session, I use hypnosis to put you into a pleasant dream-like state that is very similar to day-dreaming. You are still fully aware of what is happening to you but in this relaxed state I can access your subconscious, uncover and clear out the beliefs that are holding you back, and replace them with powerful direct suggestions to change the things you want to change and achieve the things you want to achieve. This is proven to bring about lasting change.

This works on a group and a one-to-one basis.

NLP

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) techniques are woven in to all my work. How we behave, perform and the results we get are determined by three factors which work together to drive powerful results:‘Neuro’ is to do with neurology and how information from our senses is processed internally. ‘Linguistic’ is to do with language and how we communicate experiences to ourselves and others. ‘Programming’ is to do with the internal strategies and steps we use to achieve specific results.

NLP provides tools and skills for the development of states of individual excellence, and it also establishes a system of empowering beliefs and presuppositions about what human beings are, what communication is and what the process of change is all about.

Creative visualisation

After creating a clear picture of the future you want to be in, I guide clients through a relaxed journey, allowing them to feel and sense every part of this image. By making it vivid and vibrant, people can really see what the future is and therefore can buy into it more, then deliver it.
